Hang Glider Towing History
B.H.G.A. minutes report concerning the lifting of a total Towing ban for a number of named individuals in the Norfolk area, who became know as the Norfolk Towing Group.
On the second page it mentions that the B.H.G.A. believes its falling behind the rest of Europe in towing, and its suggested that they advertise in wings for a volunteer to help development of a towing system.
When all they had to do was to ask the named Norfolk Tow Group for a demonstration of their system.
