This
is not David Cooks official web site and having known him for many many
years I know that its not in his nature to set one up. With this in
mind I would like to share with you a collection of Photos, Magazine
Articles and Newspaper cuttings about David, that I have collected over
the years.
David
is not the type of person who would want to blow his own trumpet.
Therefore I would like to take the opportunity to do it for him. Its my
way of paying tribute to him as a person and to what he has achieved in
the aviation world. His contribution has been enormous and its benefits
will be felt for many years to come.
It
was David who taught me how to fly my very first Hang Glider. In those
early days of 1974 it was all done by trial and error and along with
Chris Tansley and Neil Moran we made a formidable team, running up and
down the very small cliffs at Thorpeness beach, in the heart of the
Suffolk Country side. Our slogan was "You wont hurry me I'm from
Suffolk". Wish I could use that term today.
Therefore, with those words still ringing in your ears I would like to
invite to you to take your time and have a look at my collection of
"David Cook Memorabilia" or maybe you might like to leave a message for David in his guest book.
